How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing time is typically 5–7 business days for physical items and 3–5 business days for digital itineraries or printables. Rush options are available—just message us before placing your order.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! We accept rush orders for an additional fee, depending on the item and turnaround needed. Please contact us before checkout to confirm availability.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once production begins or once digital files are delivered. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

How do I personalize my order?
You’ll be able to enter personalization details (like names, themes, colors, dates) during checkout. If you forget, no worries—we’ll follow up via email or Instagram DM to confirm all details before we start.

What’s the difference between “Itinerary Assembly” and “Full Planning”?
Itinerary Only ($25): You give us the info (flights, reservations, etc.), and we’ll format it into a clean, interactive itinerary.
Full Trip Planning ($65): You tell us your destination and budget—we research, plan, and design the full itinerary for you.

Do you ship outside of Miami or offer pickup?
Yes! We ship nationwide via USPS. Local pickup in the Miami, FL area is available upon request—just let us know at checkout or message us.

How are digital products delivered?
Digital products (like custom itineraries or downloads) are sent to your email as a PDF or Canva link. They are interactive and easy to view on your phone, tablet, or laptop.
